Refund Policy

Effective from: July 2025

At Magpie Adventure and Explore, we plan every trip with great care, effort, and coordination. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have a clear refund policy as outlined below:

1. Advance Payment is Non-Refundable

• All advance payments made during booking are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• This applies to all our travel and trekking packages.

2. No Refund in Case of Personal Health Issues

• If a guest is unable to join or complete the trip due to illness, injury, or personal health problems, no refund will be issued.

• We advise all participants to ensure they are physically fit for high-altitude travel and consult a doctor before booking.

3. No Refund for Natural Disruptions

• We do not offer refunds for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by natural calamities such as:

  • Landslides

  • Snowfall

  • Heavy rain or storms

  • Earthquakes

  • Floods

  • Roadblocks or other acts of nature

4. No Refund for Road or Vehicle Incidents

• We are not liable to refund any amount in case of:

  • Road accidents

  • Vehicle breakdowns

  • Delays caused by driver errors or road conditions

  • Sudden weather changes impacting travel

5. No Refund for Voluntary Trip Withdrawal

• If a participant chooses to leave the trip midway or skip certain activities (trekking, sightseeing, etc.) for any reason, no partial or full refund will be made.

6. Non-Transferable Booking

• Once a booking is made, it is non-transferable to another person or for a different date.

7. Exceptions

While we aim to stick to this policy, in very rare and extreme circumstances, the management may review a case individually. However, this does not guarantee a refund.

Final Note

Please understand that organizing trips in the mountains involves advance payments for local services, transport, stays, and permits—most of which are non-refundable for us as well. Your cooperation and understanding help us continue to provide unique and safe travel experiences.
